The return policy is absolutely worse than it sounds.
I placed my initial order back in Jan/Feb for a trip to India - included dresses, skirts, work clothes and some outfits for my daughter. My order was over $100 so it qualified for free shipping.
I did not receive the items for a few weeks - after I returned from my trip.
I opened the box and was immediately disappointed that EVERY SINGLE item was individually wrapped in plastic.
Most of the items I tried on did not work. Some were too big/too small. Some were inaccurately labeled as women's when they were clearly juniors or children's sizes. For some items the description was just wrong and some items didn't even show up at all.
They claim to have refunded me for missing items (not true). I provided legitimate reasoning for returning items and they came back to issue me a store credit and not even for the full amount of items returned (even though they were completely wrong descriptions).
I ended up getting a refund through Amazon Pay, but I would advise to stay away completely.
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Still on the hunt for affordable, sustainable clothing. If you know of anything good, let me know. For now I will be searching at my local thrift stores and occasionally thredup.
